“Fornace”
This is where in the late 17th century until the 1970s handcrafted bricks were burnt in a huge brick furnace. The impressive apartment, comfortable for 2-6 people and ideal for families, is located in the annex with a view of the garden (south side).

“Molino”
This is where in times when the annex was used as a brick factory (“fornace”) the incoming clay, which usually still included smaller stones, was ground before it was formed to bricks. The 2-room-apartment is located in the annex with a view of the garden (south side), comfortable for 2-3 people plus 1-2 children (king-size-bed 200×180; single bed on the gallery of the sleeping room 190×90; small bed for children can additionally be provided).

“Nido”
The most hidden place at the “Fornace Del Conte”, located under the roof of the front end of the annex with a view of the backyard where our antique fountain is bubbling. Ideal for kids who require some freedom from their parents on vacation (and vice versa), as well as for students with a smaller budget or simply for everyone who loves to have it cosy.

“Vigneto”
Two rooms with vaulted ceilings, each of nearly four meters height, together with a selection of antique furniture create a special atmosphere. With a view of the smaller one of our two vineyards and just few steps away from the pool.
Located on the ground floor at the front side of the villa (north-west corner), this 2-room-apartment (two separated spaces) is ideal for 1-2 people or a couple with a toddler / younger child. This apartment is also wheelchair accessible.

“Elefantino”
This apartment’s name refers to a small but remarkable piece of terracotta put at the center of the vaulted ceiling: The historic seal of the Earl of Bastogi – showing an elephant crested by an Earl’s crown and walking on red and yellow stripes.
Located on the ground floor at the front side of the main building (south-west side), this studio-style apartment is ideal for 1-2 people or a couple with a toddler / younger child for whom we offer an additional bed.
From here you’ll enjoy a marvelous view of the garden and, in the evening hours, a fascinating show of nature when the sun brightens the sky with a whole range of colours.
You have the shortest way to the pool, by the way.
